SHIPPING
We choose our envelopes, tubes and boxes so we can ship safely your chosen art item, yet we also always keep the environmental impact on our mind. We try to be as ecological as we can and we try to get our supplies from local, family producers.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days Monday through Saturday - they are all packed with a lot of love and care. We are a two person operation so increase in orders over the holiday season will increase processing time for orders to up to 10 days from the date your order is placed.
If you need something super quickly, send us a message and we will find the way to send it out as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Once your package leaves France, we have no tracking until it is delivered by your local service. We might contact you in case we need your phone number for delivery in person. FEES: Sometimes customs of a country charge an import or custom’s fee.
